1. No Return Policy
Raveda Organics follows a strict no-return policy.
Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned under normal circumstances.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

An incorrect product was delivered

3. Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, the customer must:

4. Replacement Approval & Dispatch

All replacement requests are subject to internal verification

Raveda Organics reserves the right to approve or reject any request

Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

Replacement product is out of stock

Order is cancelled by Raveda Organics due to unavoidable reasons
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
No replacement or refund will be provided in the following situations:

Product has been used, opened, or tampered with

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by the courier/logistics partner

Minor packaging damage without any impact on the product
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash refunds are not available for COD orders

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
8. Cancellation Policy
