By accessing or using the website of Raveda Organics (“Website”) and/or availing any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) without any recourse or liability to the Company.

These Terms constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These Terms are published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

“Applicable Law” means all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, judgments, and governmental orders applicable in the Republic of India.

“Bulk Order” means any order placed in large quantities or negotiated directly with Raveda Organics for non-personal or commercial purposes.

“Company” / “We” / “Us” means Raveda Organics, including its owners, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates.

“Company Intellectual Property” includes all website designs, content, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, images, blogs, product descriptions, and user data collected as per the Privacy Policy.

“Products” means the Ayurvedic, herbal, wellness, and lifestyle products marketed and sold through the Website.

“Services” means services provided by the Website in relation to sale, delivery, support, and communication concerning the Products.

“User” / “You” means any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Website, whether registered or not.

“Website” means the official website of Raveda Organics and all its subdomains.

2. Interpretation

  • Singular includes plural and vice versa

  • Gender includes all genders

  • Headings are for convenience only

  • “Including” shall mean without limitation

  • References to writing include electronic records

3.1 Only persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and aged 18 years or above may use the Website.

3.2 By using the Website, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts.

3.4 Registered users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under their account.

4.3 Products purchased are strictly for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel orders suspected to be Bulk Orders or misuse.

5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or Cash on Delivery (if available).

5.3 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5.4 Raveda Organics shall not be liable for any payment gateway failures, interruptions, or transaction issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Products are shipped through authorized logistics partners.

6.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

6.3 No return policy applies unless:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is expired

  • Incorrect product delivered

In such cases, replacement may be provided subject to verification.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All intellectual property on the Website belongs exclusively to Raveda Organics.

7.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited commercially without written permission.

7.3 Website usage is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raveda Organics and its representatives against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

9.1 Raveda Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9.2 Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only).

Users shall not:

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

  • Impersonate others

  • Harm minors

  • Violate Indian laws

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

11.3 Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, in English language.

12. Communication & Unsubscription

12.1 By using the Website, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or calls, even if registered under DND.

12.2 You may opt-out of promotional communications anytime using the unsubscribe option provided.

13. Miscellaneous

  • The Company may modify these Terms anytime

  • Continued use implies acceptance

  • Invalid provisions shall not affect remaining clauses

  • No partnership or agency is created
